RETURN POLICY
We are dedicated to offering you first class service. If you have a problem with your order, simply return the unopened item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We maintain a ‘no worry’ philosophy that helps to ensure 100% satisfaction when you shop with us.
Please remember to indicate which of the following caused the return:
• Received an item that was not ordered
• Item was broken or damaged
• Ordered the wrong item
• Changed my mind
• Other (please explain)
We will promptly process a refund of the full purchase price if returned within 30 days of purchase.
NOTE: If the return is the result of our error, you will be refunded the full purchase price as well as related shipping charges.

Packing
To avoid damage, pack all returned items with sufficient packing material and insert the original packing slip.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Viosan ships nutritional supplements to countries around the world. Please note: It is important for you to become familiar with the Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations vary greatly by country and lack of knowledge regarding the customs rules governing the country you’re importing to can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
All prices listed are in U.S. dollars.
All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination. Viosan's prices do not include customs fees, taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You, the customer, are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S.
If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to Viosan for the return of the package. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from Viosanhealth.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Any fees charged to Viosanhealth.com due to non compliance with your country’s laws and regulations will be charged to you, the importer. If an item or items are returned to us due to non compliance issues with your country's' laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus 20 percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.
BACKORDERS
We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product, occasionally a product may be on backorder. If any product is not in stock for an order, we will hold the shipment of your entire order until all products are available. All backorders will be held for a maximum of five business days before a partial shipment is released. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or National Holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email within
24 - 48 hours of placing your order. This email will provide you with
the shipping confirmation numbers necessary to locate and track your
order. NOTE: Viosan Health Members may view the tracking number
of their orders online by selecting the ‘Member’
tab.
If you did not provide us with an email address, please keep your Order Confirmation number readily available from time of purchase. Our Customer Care Center will be able to track your package for you. Just call.
